- ➤ Today, the Oregon State Lottery Commission approved rules implementing House Bill 3115 that will keep lottery winners’ names and addresses hidden unless they give written permission—while still allowing the Lottery to share details like the city, retailer, game, and prize amount. The rules also bar the buying or selling of winning tickets to stop discounting practices. 1430 KYKN
