River Rd N will be closed tomorrow for the annual KeizerFest Parade — Lockhaven Dr. N closes at 6:45 a.m. for parade staging and traffic will be diverted via Chemawa Rd and Windsor Island Rd. The parade starts at 10:30 a.m. and traffic may resume around 12:30 p.m.
