Salem officials announced that Minto-Brown Island Park will have limited access on May 4 as crews close Minto Island Road SW to replace a utility service pole; vehicles beyond Parking Lot 1 will be blocked from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Alternate parking is available nearby.
