Capital Manor residents (all over 70) in West Salem have been rehearsing for over two months to perform a shortened version of 'Fiddler on the Roof' exclusively for residents and families.
Directed by Deborah Johansen, the production will include four performances over the next two weeks.
Cherry Blossom Day is on March 21 at the Capitol Mall with booths and performances, including Taiko drummers + tea ceremony, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors can also enjoy Yozakura night viewing from March 21 to April 4, with lantern-lit cherry blossoms each evening.
