- ➤ A 49-year-old man died early Sunday after being hit by a vehicle in the southbound lanes of North Pacific Highway in Woodburn—lanes that closed during the investigation—and a 27-year-old man was arrested for DUI, criminally negligent homicide and third-degree assault, police said.
