- ➤ United Way is asking the state for $2 million to buy Marion Polk Food Share’s 30,000 sqft warehouse at 1600 Salem Industrial Way N.E. so it can move its Community Resource Center and better process donations for over 75 local groups, with state lawmakers expected to decide by March 8. - ➤ Oregon’s state parks are recruiting seasonal rangers and assistants for the 2026 season in coastal, valley and mountain areas.
