- ➤ Salem returned to normal drinking-water operations after using water from Keizer between Dec. 23 and Dec. 30, 2025 to supplement its system during storm-driven production drops. City officials said a test of the Keizer connection (which supplied 25 million gallons) will take place in late January to prepare for a planned Detroit Reservoir drawdown. Salem Business Journal
