About this event

Childbirth classes crafted to educate those experiencing pregnancy and their support partners on what to expect before, during, and after the birth of baby.

In this four-week series, you and your support person will learn about the following:

• stages of labor and birth process

• breathing and relaxation techniques

• comfort measures

• role of the support person

• pain management options

• cesarean birth

• newborn care and feeding

• postpartum care
